William Goodwin, site officer-in-charge with the 409th Engineer Company out of Fort Collins, Colo., during Beyond the Horizon 2015 on April 2 here. BTH15 is a humanitarian and civic assistance mission where U.S. service members assigned to Task Force Northstar are working with the Salvadoran military to build new schools and a clinic.
