A braching rille (depressed center) near thw left edge of the photograph contrasts sharply with the broad mare ridge (raised center) at right. View was taken during Revolution 13 of the Lunar Module (LM) of the Apollo 15 mission. Original film magazine was labeled KK, film type was S0168 (High Speed Color Exterior or Color Interior Ektachrome EF - High speed color reversal), 60mm lens with a sun elevation of 36 degrees.
