Brig. Gen. Scott Morcomb, Commanding General of the Army Reserve Aviation Command, visited Fort. A.P. Hill over the Memorial Day weekend to witness his aviators participate in XCTC 17-01. Exportable Combined Training Center or “XCTC” 17-01 is a multicomponent training exercise that included an Infantry Brigade Combat Team from the New Jersey National Guard as well as Attack and Reconnaissance aviation assets from the 101st Airborne Division.
