Summary
U.S. Air Force Staff Sgts. Randle Taborn, left, and Cody Razo, both fire protection specialists with the 182nd Civil Engineer Squadron, Illinois Air National Guard, extract an unconscious victim from a C-130H3 Hercules fuel cell during a training exercise at the 182nd Airlift Wing in Peoria, Ill., Feb. 10, 2019. The unit practices proficiency in confined space rescues in part due to the potential hazards presented to aircraft maintainers, including oxygen deficiency, temperature extremes and unfavorable natural ventilation.
