Inacio, Recruiting and Retention Battalion, explains the meaning of each of his uniform tabs to a Ukrainian Soldier participating in the multinational Rapid Trident training exercise at the International Peacekeeping and Security Centre in Yavoriv, Ukraine, Sept 7, 2018.
