KETCHIKAN, Alaska - Members of the U.S. Coast Guard, Canadian Coast Guard and Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation take part in a discussion on the potential environmental threats to Dixon Entrance during the first day of the Canadian U.S. Dixon Entrance 2011 exercise at the Ted Ferry Civic Center in Ketchikan Sept. 20, 2011. The agencies have come together since 2003 to address changes in personnel, equipment and circumstances to the improve response capabiites of both nations to oil spill reponse across the Dixon Entrance trans-boundary.
