PRATT (DDG-44), reviews the ship's log of the Turkish freighter Rize K. The freighter is the first such vessel approved by the United Nations to deliver humanitarian aid to Iraq. The PRATT is the flagship of the Maritime Interdiction Force, the unit charged with enforcing U.N. sanctions against Iraq during Operation Desert Storm
