Capt. Enardo Collazo, a native of Salinas, Puerto Rico, who serves as the commanding officer for Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 1st Combined Arms Battalion, 68th Armor Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, asks Sheik Emad Abdul-Settar Muhammad, the sheik leader for the region of Fahama, about his daughter's medical condition, Jan. 27, on the patio at the sheik's home in the village of Fahama. The sheik's daughter, center, suffers from a condition that prohibits her from walking and Collazo sought more information in an attempt to connect her with the proper medical care - either in Iraq or abroad.
