Capt. Owens, the National Guard Bureau Air Guard competitive events liaison assigned to the Marksmanship Training Center at Camp Robinson, hangs a target in preparation for the close quarters rapid pistol competiton during the 26th Armed Forces Skill at Arms Meeting April 26, 2017, at Camp Joseph T. Robinson, Ark.
