Captain of the U.S. Army Landing Craft Utility-New Orleans, CW2, Tom Heald, 824th Transportation Company (Heavy Boat), 143rd Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), calls the engine room for system checks during a joint training mission with the Navy Underwater Construction Team-1, Naval Expeditionary Combat Command, from Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story, Virginia Beach, Va., Feb. 8. The LCU-New Orleans, crewed by the 824th TC, transported the team of divers off the coast of Key West and provided them a platform to conduct annual underwater diver qualification training.
