Chaplain Lt. Daniel Clark, Pearl Harbor Memorial Chapel, delivers remarks during an ash-scattering ceremony for Pearl Harbor Survivor John "Spike" Wallin at the USS Utah Memorial on Ford Island, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. Wallin was stationed aboard the destroyer USS Monaghan (DD 354) during the 1941 Japanese attacks on Pearl Harbor.
