Chief Warrant Officer 3 Shawn Dunn, from Carlsbad, Calif., and Marine veteran Cpl. Travis Greene, from Boise, Idaho, put up a wall denying their opponents an opportunity to score during the sitting volleyball team’s inter-squad scrimmage. The Marines are currently holding a two-week training camp to prepare for the 2012 Warrior Games. More than 200 wounded, ill or injured service members from the Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard and Special Operations Command are scheduled to compete in the Paralympic-style competition.
