Chief Warrant Officer Bobby Remington, front, of Mililani, Hawaii, prepares to proctor the final evaluation flight of the UH-60M Blackhawk helicopter qualification course for Chief Warrant Officer Eric Petricka, background, of Black Mountain, N.C., at Simmons Army Airfield, Sept. 17. Sixteen pilots, from the 82nd Combat Aviation Brigade, graduated from the course, Sept. 20, marking the beginning of the Pegasus Brigade’s path to becoming the Army’s combat aviation brigade to most fully convert from the older UH-60L model to the much evolved UH-60M model Blackhawk helicopter. Remington serves as an instructor pilot with the United States Army Directorate of Evaluations and Standardizations out of Fort Rucker, Ala. Petricka serves as a UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter instructor pilot with the 2nd Assault Helicopter Battalion, 82nd CAB.
