WASHINGTON, D.C. (June 12, 2004)--Coast Guard Auxiliarist Michael Dow of Washington, DC Flotilla 21, prepares a sandwich aboard Occoquan, VA Flotilla 14-06 Coast Guard Auxiliary Vessel 24999, during a training session on the Occoquan Bay in Woodbridge, VA on June 12, 2004. Coast Guard and Auxiliary boatcrews regularly train and practice search and rescue and other skills for hours at a time, to ensure peak proficiency.
