Coast Guard's 9th District commander speaks to graduating CG recruits in New Jersey

Rear Adm. Fred Midgette, the Ninth Coast Guard District commander, addresses the graduating recruit company of Foxtrot 190 at the U.S. Coast Guard Training Center in Cape May, N.J., Sept. 26, 2014.
