Col. Clay Garrison, 144th Fighter Wing commander, takes his fini flight in an F-15C Eagle at the Fresno Air National Guard Base, Calif., Jan. 15, 2016. Garrison has flown more than 3,900 flying hours in the T-37, T-38, F-16 and F-15 combined. Garrison will be concentrating on his duties as the assistant adjutant general, air/deputy commander for the California ANG in Sacramento, Calif.
