Command Sgt. Maj. John D. Fourhman (right), who serves as the Third Army command sergeant major, hands Cpl. Matt Bradford his Third Army coin of excellence during a dinner honoring Wounded Warriors at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, April 25. The dinner was the first stop for the Wounded Warriors during Operation Proper Exit. Operation Proper Exit is sponsored by the United Services Organization allowing wounded Troops and Veterans to retrace the last steps they took before being injured. Bradford, a native of Petersburg, Va., who continues to serves with the 2nd Battalion, 3rd Marines, suffered injuries in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2007.
