Command Sgt. Maj. Rafael Conde, the Wisconsin Army

Command Sgt. Maj. Rafael Conde, the Wisconsin Army National Guard’s senior enlisted advisor, speaks with members of the Wisconsin Army National Guard’s 32nd Military Police Company Dec. 29 at Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Conde was born in Cuba and fled to the United States as a child with his family. He returned to the country of his birth in late December as part of an official visit, led by Gov.
