Deborah Lee James, secretary of the U.S. Air Force, learns the capabilities of the remote air, zonal operations, reach back-processing, assessment and dissemination Dec. 15, 2015, and its importance to the wing's mission sets at Ebbing Air National Guard, Fort Smith, Ark.
