Detroit Tigers visit Selfridge

SELFRIDGE AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, Mich.-- Detroit Tiger Matt Boyd experiences the A-10 Thunderbolt II training simulator at Selfridge. Members of the Detroit Tigers baseball team visit with Citizen-Airmen from the 127th Wing on Jan. 25, 2019. The Tigers were making their annual winter swing around the Detroit region and paid a call on military personnel at Selfridge. The Tigers personnel were briefed on some of the mission capabilities of the personnel at Selfridge, including a walk around of an A-10 Thunderbolt II aircraft at the base.
