DEVESELU, Romania (Aug. 7, 2020)- Cmdr. Mike Dwan (right), reports to Capt. Joseph D. Femino, Commodore, Command Task Force (CTF) 64, that he has assumed command of U. S. Aegis Ashore Missile Defense System Romania (AAMDS) during a change of command ceremony.
