Dr. John Byrd, Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) Laboratory Director, conducts a tour for the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare as well as other Japanese government officials at the DPAA facilities on Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, Feb. 7, 2019. The purpose of the tour was to develop a greater understanding of the importance of field forensic and laboratory processes.
