During his presentation at a non-commissioned officer symposium, Romanian Master Sgt. Balasoiu Marius, chief of a Romanian NCO course, passes out pamphlets about Romanian military structure to officers and staff NCOs from multiple foreign nations in the Black Sea, Balkan and Caucasus regions participating in Black Sea Rotational Force 11 NCO Academies. BSRF-11’s NCO Academy is a core group of Marines from the rank of corporal to first sergeant that will travel throughout the Black Sea, Balkan and Caucasus regions to work with Eastern European nations to exchange ideas, knowledge and develop the culture and skills of the NCO in participating nations.
