Electrician's Mate 2nd Class Hadwick Bradley and Lt. Lawrence Mocnik, USS Carter Hall's (LSD 50) first lieutenant, prepare to land a Rigid Hull Inflatable Boat (RHIB) boat on the coast of Grand Grove, Haiti, as they transport personnel ashore who will be assisting in the local relief efforts.
