Festus Isaacs, right, replaces a lock on a door during the 6th annual Protégé Day at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, N.C., May 30, 2018. The event allowed individuals with qualified disabilities to job shadow various sections on the air station; with the potential of being hired. Protégé Day is hosted by the Equal Employment Opportunity Office and has resulted in approximately nine disabled individuals being hired on the air station in previous years.
