Retired U.S. Army Lt. Col. James Megellas, the commander of Hotel Company, 3rd Battalion, 504th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 82nd Airborne Division, during World War II, signs a copy of the book he authored chronicling his experiences in World War II, at the 1st Brigade Combat Team dining facility in Fort Bragg, N.C., May 22, 2013.
