FORT SHAFTER Hawaii - Command Sgt. Maj. Jessie Baird, the senior enlisted leader of the 9th Mission Support Command, leads a color guard representing the over 3000 Army Reserve Soldiers serving from Saipan, Guam, American Samoa, Japan, the Republic of Korea, Alaska and Hawaii.
