From left, Lt. Col. Otis Hooper, a member of the District of Columbia Air National Guard, and Master Sgt. Currently, 16 members of the Mississippi Air National Guard have taken the helms of the airport with a mobile air traffic control tower, that's powered by generators and operates 24 hour a day ensuring personnel and supplies support military relief efforts.
