Highland Lake, Ala., June 23, 2014 -- A Alabama Public Assistance representative monitors the removal of wet debris from a barge that had recovered the debris from the Highland Park lake. A private contracting company is removing debris from the Highland Lake park, after a tornado swept through the area.
