Hospital Corpsman 1ST Class (Seabee Combat Warfare Speacialist/ Fleet Marine Force) Jonathan Blackmon, of Naval Mobile Construction Battalion Seven (NMCB-7), looks on as other battalion personnel demolish an old camp area on Soto Cano Air Base in the Republic of Honduras. They will construct a new camp to house Hurricane Mitch relief workers in Honduras.
