Hughes, Alaska, July 8, 2013 -- FEMA inspector Marty Williams is working with disaster survivor Ralph Williams in the remote areas of the Koyukuk River surveying the damages associated with severe flooding and ice jams that damaged his remote residence. Individuals and business owners who sustained losses in the designated area can begin applying for assistance by registering at www.disasterassistance.gov or by calling 1-800-621-FEMA (3362).
