In support of Balikatan 2013 Armed Forces of the Philippines and U.S. Army engineers build the supports for the construction of the the Manggahan Community Center in Barangay Salaza, Zambales province, Republic of the Philippines, March 23, 2013. Balikatan is an annual Republic of the Philippines-U.S. military bilateral training exercise and humanitarian assistance engagement.
