ISAF Joint Command Commander Lt. Gen. Joseph Anderson thanks the U.S. troops, coalition partners and Afghan National Security Forces counterparts during the Combined Joint Task Force-10 inactivation and Regional Command-East end of mission ceremony. CJTF-10 ended its mission in Regional Command-East as it both cased its colors and ended the RC-East mission as ISAF transitioned to the Resolute Support mission, as hundreds of Coalition partners, Afghan National Security Forces counterparts and civilians showed up to RC-East's Headquarters at Bagram Air Field, Afghanistan, Nov. 4, 2014.
