It’s Public Service Recognition Week, and the 403rd

It’s Public Service Recognition Week, and the 403rd Wing at Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi, thanks it’s civil service employees such as Wanda Bowman, secretary to the wing commander, for their service. Bowman has been with the wing for 20 years and has been a federal civil service employee for 33.5 years. Public Service Recognition Week has been celebrated during the first full week of May since 1985 and honors the men and women who serve our nation as federal, state, county and local government employees.
