Karen Conboy, wife of Maj. Gen. David Conboy, receives a bouquet of roses as a symbol of gratitude for her support and dedication to her husband's command of the 416th Theater Engineer Command during the relinquishment of command ceremony held at the Parkhurst U.S. Army Reserve Center in Darien, Ill., Sept. 13.
