Nautical Response 15 is an annual, bilateral explosive ordnance disposal and diving exercise between the U.S. Navy and Royal Saudi Naval Forces in order to expand levels of cooperation, enhance mutual maritime capabilities, and promote long-term regional interoperability between U.S. forces and regional partners throughout the 5th Fleet area of operations.
