Lance Cpl. Liane C. Montalvo dances with veteran Raymond Babauta April 27 in a pavilion during the 3rd annual “Once a Marine, Always a Marine” barbecue. The cook-out was organized by local veterans with help from the 3rd Marine Division Association as a way to continue the camaraderie the Marine Corps is known for, and show appreciation for the positive impact the Marine have had on Guam. Montalvo is part of Combat Logistics Detachment 39, 9th Engineer Support Battalion, 3rd Marine Logistics Group, III Marine Expeditionary Force, in Guam to participate in Exercise Guahan Shield.
