Lance Cpl. Rutilo Jaramillo explains how a Humvee operates during a public tour of the USS Anchorage (LPD 23), in San Diego, Feb. 18, 2016. The tours were open to the public to show the local population the capabilities and equipment of an amphibious transport dock, and the living conditions of the crew and passengers when embarked. Jaramillo, a motor transportation operator and Riverside, Calif., native, was a part of a static display of Humvees from Truck Company, Headquarters Battalion, 1st Marine Division.
