LOS ANGELES (Sep 1, 2017) Corporal Matthew C. Lindell, a tiltrotor crew chief assigned to Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron (VMM) 163 ,from San Diego, leads a guided tour of a Bell Boeing V-22 Osprey tiltrotor aircraft aboard the San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock USS Anchorage (LPD 23) during the second annual Los Angeles Fleet Week, Sep. 1. LAFW is an opportunity for the public to meet their Navy, Marine Corps and Coast Guard teams and experience America's sea services. During fleet week, service members will participate in various community service events, showcase capabilities and equipment to the community and enjoy the hospitality that Los Angeles and surrounding areas have to offer.
