Lt. Col. Alexandru loan, NICOLESCU, Medical ICU and Team Lead speaks with Col. Michael J. Rowland, State Surgeon, commander of the Medical Detachment, Alabama National Guard upon his arrival May 25 at Montgomery Aviation. During the course of the official visit, the two will converse about their COVID-19 response and lessons learned. Lt. Col. NICOLESCU is part of the Romanian Ministry of National Defense, comprising of ten medical personnel and five CBRN (chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear) who arrived May 25, at Montgomery Aviation.
