Lt. Col. Benjamin Shepherd, the 3-319 Airborne Field Artillery Regiment commander, briefs the brigade leadership on the fires plan for the Joint Forcible Entry operation for Mobility Guardian 19 at the Combined Arms Rehearsal. The CAR ensures that all units and assets across the brigade have synchronized their actions prior to commencing the operation.
