Maj. Gen. Timothy J. The tour familiarized Leahy with the wing’s mission, operations and personnel after assuming command in August. His area of responsibility includes units in JBSA-Lackland, Sheppard and Goodfellow Air Force Bases, Texas, Vandenberg AFB, Calif., Keesler AFB, Miss. and 103 operating locations around the world.
