Marines with the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit maneuver a 7-ton truck in the well deck of the USS Iwo Jima to make room for the offload of a landing craft utility boat, capable of carrying up to 125 tons, off the coast of Haiti, Oct. 13, 2016. Marines with the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit transitioned personnel and equipment between the two ships as Iwo Jima prepares to relieve Mesa Verde. The 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit deployed to Haiti to support Joint Task Force Matthew in providing critically-needed initial capabilities to deliver assistance and aid.
