Master Sgt. Joshua Lumpcik of the 200th REDHORSE from the Ohio Air National Guard holds the measuring tape to measure the distance for the foundation that will be used to construct a small clinic in Centro De Capacitacion Progresando. This will show where the stakes need to be placed before they can begin the digging of the foundation for the new building. The humanitarian mission, “Beyond the Horizon,” will provide the locals, in several areas of the island, with two new clinics, two of which are medical and one dental clinic as well as two new classrooms for the schools.
