Members of a congressional delegation led by U.S. Sen. Tim Kaine of Virginia meet with U.S. Marines and Sailors of the Special-Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force Crisis Response (SP-MAGTF Crisis Response) aboard Naval Station Rota, Spain, Sept. 4, 2014.
