Middletown, N.J., March 1, 2013 -- Much work is still ahead after Hurricane Sandy piled many boats on the park trail of the Bayshore Waterfront park and sunk them in the Bayshore Marina Cove, an 11-acre parcel that contains 154 boat slips, floating docks and more. Because of the marina's mandatory regulations, many boats were insured and saved. Rosanna Arias/FEMA
