Military and civilian members of the 114th Signal Battalion

Military and civilian members of the 114th Signal Battalion meet at the Francis Scott Key Post 11 American Legion to participate in a table top exercise to re-fight the battle of Antietam, Fredericks, Md., Nov. 16, 2015. The table top exercise follows a staff ride conducted previously on the battlefield of Antietam. All members play the role of commanders during the battle to try to out maneuver the opponent armies and learn about military attack and defense strategies.
