Military members from the Cobra Gold 2013 Coalition

Military members from the Cobra Gold 2013 Coalition Observer Liaison Team (COLT) meet other participating nations during an engineering civic action project Feb. 13 at Ban Piang Elementary School, San Pa Tong district, Chiang Mai province, Kingdom of Thailand.. The COLT is comprised of representatives from Burma, the People's Republic of China, Laos, New Zealand and South Africa. CG 13, in its 32nd iteration, is designed to advance regional security and ensure effective response to regional crises by exercising a robust multinational force from nations sharing common goals and security commitments in the Asia-Pacific region.
