Military personnel and delegates from more than 40 nations establish communications centers to begin the scenario portion of the Africa Endeavor 2013 exercise at an Air Force base in Lusaka, Zambia, Aug. 10, 2013. Africa Endeavor is Africa Command's annual 10-day communications exercise, focusing on interoperability and information sharing among African partners.
