Naval Station Everett commanding officer Capt. Michael J. Coury speaks with the city of Everett's mayor Ray Stephanson at the opening ceremony for a new small craft launch dock on NSE. The single-lane small craft launch dock was specifically designed to help ensure efficient operations for NSE harbor security boats.
